Once a package is marked as "Delivered" on the official tracking system, it is considered successfully delivered.
If you have not received the parcel despite the tracking showing it as delivered, we request you to contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
However, once the package is officially marked as delivered, Ears Decor is no longer responsible for any claims related to non-receipt.
We recommend checking with neighbors, your local delivery agent, or your nearest courier office in such cases.

For Listed or Ready-to-Ship Orders:-
Within 24 hours of placing the order:
You may request a cancellation, and we will issue a refund after deducting a 5% transaction fee.After 24 hours of placing the order:
A cancellation and restocking fee will apply, depending on the order type and the stage of the production or shipping process.
We will assess the impact on our operations and inform you of the applicable charges before proceeding.
Custom & Personalized Orders:-
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized orders (including engraving, special sizing, or design modifications) are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange once the order has been confirmed and processing has begun.
