Where do you ship to?

Ears Decor ships worldwide (excluding Russia and China).

Do you offer next day delivery?

For deliveries in the UK and Europe we can ship in 48h as long as the product is in stock. If you need a quick delivery, please reach out to hello@earsdecor.com with your order number and request. For the US and international deliveries it might take 5 to 8 working days.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately not, as we require a signature upon delivery for all orders.

Does my order require a signature upon delivery?

Yes, we ask for a signature to make sure your jewelry arrives safely.

Can I collect my order in your London office?

Absolutely! If the item is available in our London store. Simply bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, or import taxes in your country.
  • Any tariffs, customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fee quoted.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We can change your order as long as it hasn’t already been shipped to you. For personalized or bespoke items we would need to make sure the order hasn't gone through production yet. Contact us at hello@earsdecor.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Where do orders ship from?

All UK - US - Europe orders are shipped from London.


Can I track my package?

Once your jewelry has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive a text from us with your tracking number. If it says your order has been delivered but it’s not with you, please contact us at hello@earsdecor.com with your order number and we’ll get on it.


How are duties and taxes handled?

For orders being shipped to the UK - all import duties and taxes have been included in the final price so you won’t have to pay for anything additional upon arrival. For the rest of the world, some taxes and duties might be charged by the delivery company or import duty on our jewelry piece. please contact us at hello@earsdecor.com with your order number and we’ll get on it.

 Notes

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" on the official tracking system, it is considered successfully delivered.
If you have not received the parcel despite the tracking showing it as delivered, we request you to contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
However, once the package is officially marked as delivered, Ears Decor is no longer responsible for any claims related to non-receipt.
We recommend checking with neighbors, your local delivery agent, or your nearest courier office in such cases.



CANCELLATION POLICY

For Listed or Ready-to-Ship Orders:-

Within 24 hours of placing the order:You may request a cancellation, and we will issue a refund after deducting a 5% transaction fee.After 24 hours of placing the order:A cancellation and restocking fee will apply, depending on the order type and the stage of the production or shipping process.We will assess the impact on our operations and inform you of the applicable charges before proceeding.

Custom & Personalized Orders:-

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized orders (including engraving, special sizing, or design modifications) are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange once the order has been confirmed and processing has begun.
